The Dragon Card
On April 28, 1970, The Zodiac Killer grew quite impatient that the police were not paying him the attention he felt he deserved in order to be caught. Eight days after the "My Name Is...Letter", he sends the Dragon Card, as a taunting insult, poking fun at their incompetence to this point.
